I stayed for a night recently on the first week of September.i chose the room no 123 -happens to provide the best view of the nature .Rooms are very spacious ,with largest attached balcony I have ever come across. Fitted with all modern amenities including feather touch AC regulator, toiletories, electric kettle with assorted teabags ,slippers, bathrobe with changing closet , minibar , intercom, flat screen TV. Glad to see that even a cloth hanger being provided in the balcony . I think ,in comparison of the room size, the bathroom seems to be smaller ,may be because to curve out space for changing closet . Few of the electrical plug points were not working properly .I couldn't charge my mobile as I had to depend on my power banks . There may be some sensor issue with the elevator that needs to be addressed . Food quality is excellent IN room dining was crisp, ultra punctual, with mouth watering quality . Bar - good but with limited options . I was awestruck by the varieties and options in breakfast menu. Checkin and checkout was hassle free .Never seen such a hugely sized and aesthetically decorated interior of the reception cum lobby area. Beautiful vertical garden and the gushing sound of the artificial water fall at the entrance mesmerized me . The USP of the Property is the location, which is calm and quiet, the constant gushing sound of the flowing Ghis river in a stone throwing distance and the magical view of the mountains from the balcony . A book shelf at the lobby with some interesting collections also intrigued me . Below are certain suggestions which I think the hotel Authority should think and improve The condition of the approach road towards hotel is narrow and in a dilapidated condition - needs to be improved .more signages are necessary ,specially if any visitor comes at night .
2.The huge terrace on the first floor seems unutilized .that can be utilized commercially and more beautification can be done .
3.The private river ghat is muddled with trash and wastes that need to be shifted .kindly provide more wastebins in the Property that will keep the Property clean .
4.more lights are needed in the garden area.
5.In future ,I guessthe size of the parking need to be increased .
6.In the swimming pool area,2 reclining chairs were broken - need to...
Read moreThough we have had a wonderful stay at Paciano for 2 nights, a little incident at the end has made our experience a bit bitter. At the time of check-out, after having paid all the bills, we were forced to unpack our bags and luggage as the housekeeping staff, Mr Nantu Bhowmick, made our packed bags unfold from our car to check for the missing piece of a small towel saying that if he did not get the towel, the price of the towel would be deducted from his salary. A search was made in our luggage in front of all of us standing in the reception area. The entire search process took us an extra 20 minutes, but no towel was found in our bags or luggage. Though the managing staff comprising of the Paciano stakeholders Mr Rajib Biswas, Mr Kinjal Dasgupta and the manager, Mr A Haldar were very much present themselves in the reception area, they didn't utter a single word and went away from that place after having learnt the situation, and let Nantu Bhowmick deal with the situation. However, more than getting late, as we felt so very humiliated and frustrated by such sort of annoying see-off from Paciano, we did not even go through to check the amount included in the bill at that time, and Paciano also did not return us the balance amount of Rs 300/-. Though the payment of Rs 300 is not at all a matter of great deal for us, what pained us is the fact that Paciano, being a high-end resort, lacks adequate managing capability to deal with customer care. We understand that the place is being newly developed, and therefore it becomes all the more imperative for the management to develop more specialized customer care, for the promotion of this place depends entirely upon the robust shoulders of its managing staff and not on its paid employees. May be in future, we might revisit Paciano, only if there is no other good high-end resort like Paciano because of the scenic beauty of Manabari hills alongside the river Ghees, but we would never forget the stigma of our maiden visit at this place. Next time, if we ever visit this place, we would definitely count the number of towels, hangars, and glasses given to us in the first place. Paciano is definitely a high-end resort, being managed by a bunch of lousy, wretched, dicey...
Read moreWe had a very bad experience with food As we received a bone in our veg food. This shows that the edible oil used for frying any type of food ordered is same..when questioned to the manager he replied saying bone can come in any type of food and was threatening us by calling the security when requested to just wave of the fooding bill, which was just for Rs 4660. There are people who also avoid some type of non veg food,So plz be careful as according to manager any type of bone can come in any type of food.He says at wat time the food was delivered to the room and at wat time did you complained ? The food was delivered to us at around 10pm and we were having our food at around 11:50pm, we complained about bone received at 0:30am..In morning he was behaving as if we intentionally have done that because according to him y did we have our food at 11:40pm and y did we complained at 00:30 am..Mr manager is an unprofessional person for a 3star category resort because it's our food for which we will be paying so it's anyone's personal wish at wat time anyone like to have their lunch or dinner.. He was behaving as if we were in a dhaba to have dal chawal at rs 50 only..according to the fooding charges its their liability and 1st priority to maintain a proper hygenic Food for all rather than giving an excuse saying bone can come in any type of food,,If that is the case than can they clearly mention in their resorts norms and conditions that ..Y do people prefer 3 , 4 or 5 star category resorts or hotel ? Just for their family safety,,Gud hospitality and Hygenic Food quality .. Paciano Dhaba ,, Aao Raho ,,Khao Piyo ,, Pocket Aache se halki karo,, Bejati karao aur apne ghar jao..Experts...
