Raichak Bungalow Booking — Hotel in West Bengal

Location was good. Rooms need better maintenance at FX-12 A-2 bungalow.The staff were hospitable. Dinner portions need improvement. Better cutlery required. TV was not working. Two bathroom doors had faulty latches and two friends got locked from inside and could come out after much twists and turns of the latch. This must be addressed immediately. However, there were eleven of us and very close friends and whatever was amiss was compensated by our adda...

Good for big family weekend trip, however the service is not upto the mark and none of the caretaker/helpers stays beyond 10pm. The pool is sharable with other bunglows and it costs around Rs.500/person...

Awesome experience ☺️, the atmosphere, peace, view, cleanliness everything is just refreshing. Stayed in Rivera B 10 banglow, it was worth of spends and completely amazing time...
