The first floor of the Ffort Raichak houses this gem of a north indian and continental restaurant named 'Reflections'. We visited this restaurant on a lazy Sunday afternoon and even though lunch time ended at 3 pm, we were accomodated. There was no buffet and we ordered à la carte. Our dishes comrised both north indian and continental fare. The taste, plating and quality were excellent. The decor of the dining room was brightly done with large glass windows overlooking the river Ganges. The staff were very cooperative and well trained and made our visit an enjoyable and...
Read moreThe Reflections is one one of the seven restaurants present in the Radisson Fort. I recommend this one as the best not because of its food and service but for the only reason that this one is located inside the Ffort and and it has a wonderful ambience as it is located just beside the River Ganga. This is the best view of the place that you can get inside the Fort. Now coming to the food quality I would say that the quality is ordinary and their service is not up to the mark while handling big groups as they fumble a lot while taking orders for a big group of around 12 people and their is a lot of miscommunication between them. Overall the place is nice to go out...

The taste of the items too were nothing special. The ambience is OK nothing extraordinary to justify the pricing. We ordered a la carte for dinner and it was tad better. But the fish served was basa and not at all fresh. The only saving grace was the rissotto Primavera and the cheese garlic bread which tasted good. I would have rated them even lower had it not been for these two dishes All in all, not recommended unless you don't have a...
