PRIME PARK Hotel Bandung — Hotel in Bandung City

Stayed in an executive room, spacious and clean room with carpet on the floor, quite safe for baby walk and warming the floor, 3-seater sofa, small refrigerator, safe depo.box, iron, hairdryer, electric jar for your coffee/tea needs. 3 bottles of complimentary drink, 3 towels, 3 sandals, 2 bathrobes and some fruits but no minibar and slow wifi (might because of sharing with others, it was holiday). This room had bathtub with clean hot/cold water, had phones in the room and bathroom, standard amneties. Breakfast menu was various, from western to local menu: jamu(traditional drink), mung bean, local snacks. I got breakfast for 2 persons, kids under 12yo charged for IDR 50,000, adult IDR 100,000. The breakfast restaurant located in 2nd floor, had mini playground for kiddos. Swimming pool was not big, so when i came (holiday) the pool was crowded with kids and adults. Excellent Hotel with a great view to the city! Came to Bandung from germany and I have to say that the service is amazing. 24 hours available and a great breakfast with big choice from fruits to salad and cooked food, breads and eggs, almost everything available. The rooms get cleaned everyday and there is a pool on the rooftop with a gym for people who like to do sports. The staff is always friendly and smiling and give you a feeling of being home. I can just recommend this hotel and when I return to Bandung it will be my choice again :)

Building is OK. It has good standard because this hotel belongs to PP, one of the largest contractors in the country. Staff is friendly, food taste is so so. What makes me wonder is that the function room does not have designated dining place, so all the event attendants are flooding the lobby and dirty dishes soon fill the whole place. Guests there are not classy people, looking at how they freely put their empty glass on the table of a walk in guest. One of them even casually squeeze in the sofa where two guests are having a meeting. Staffs do little to control situation. I think this hotel should be two stars...
