I rent family room 2 nights, the first thing is wifi off, then the towel just 2 pcs, I need to argue first for the rest, and the towel was dull and torn one side, i don't use other hotel facility, so just ok, need to improve.

Lokasi hotel mudah di temuin. Parkir cukup untuk beberapa mobil. Di depan ada coffe shop gitu, cuma pas nginep disana lagi tutup. Disini tidak menyediakan breakfast, tapi ada coffee & tea yang boleh kita seduh free. Di sedian dispenser juga di lobby. Cuma saya kurang suka dengan pelayanannya, ketika saya cek in kamar belum siap. Batal tidak di sarungi, katanya lagi di laundry dan belom datang. Parah banget. Untuk bikin coffe & tea jg gelas yang di sediain dikit banget. Cuma ada 4 gelas. Jadi kita harus gantian pakai sama pengunjung laen. Belom lagi, harus nunggu di cuci dulu. Gelas yang dikamar juga cuma di kasih 1. Untung ke tutup sama interion hotel yang oke.

Puas menginap dua malam di sini. Lokasi tepatnya ada di The Batik Bed & Coffee. Pelayanannya sangat ramah. Kamar bersih, toilet bersih, tv led, ac... Corak kamarnya artistik dengan wallpaper motif. Handuk lebar dan bersih. Ada welcome drinknya juga. Worth it banget dengan harganya!!
