Booked 2 Deluxe rooms and was sorely disappointed that the room was not the same as pictured. Noticed that bedsheet was dirty and damp, and there were numerous wriggling insects on the walls of both rooms. One of the bathrooms stank very badly. Asked to move to a different room, and was told that hotel was fully booked. Around noon we left to get food, and told the receptionist about the room condition and asked that they changed the sheets and clean the room.||Returned to hotel at 1.30AM to find that they didn't change the sheets or cleaned. They simply redid the bed and folded the towel. Asked night receptionist and was told that the day receptionist never notified him of any issues. Told the receptionist that the room was below standard and asked to either be moved or be refunded. Receptionist said there might be one room available, but then we would have to share and they are not able to refund the difference. We found this unacceptable since we booked for two rooms, and expect to be moved to two rooms. ||After much polite pushing and prodding, suddenly the receptionist said there was another room available. But since the room was more expensive, he said we would still have to share. We stood our ground and again explained to the receptionist that dirty sheets and wriggling insects on the wall shouldn't be the standards for a hotel. He finally relented and gave us both rooms.||After settling down, I was dismayed to find that the wifi connection was very slow. On top of everything else.||All in all, avoid hotel at all costs! Staff is courteous enough, but the rooms were seriously disgusting. This boutique hotel is located right beside the sheraton dago, bandung, and was stay here for just 1 night.
