First of all, all the staff from the front office, security, kitchen/ FnB, also from housekeeping have a very positive attitude. Kudos for that.||1. The location is good and easy to find on maps, with plenty of shops and other facilities close to the hotel.||2. Parking space is plenty enough, although during the holiday season it could be more crowded.||3. The check-in process is fast enough with a good first impression from staff.||4. The bedroom: lighting and the ambience are pretty good with an automatic switch for "do not disturb" and "make up my room"; the blackout curtain is working properly; the bed is clean with good quality linen, a blanket, pillows, and bolsters; a standard mini bar of coffee and tea with a little fridge and glass jug (the water dispenser is outside the room), which I really appreciated to use less plastic; a sturdy desk and chair with a full box of tissue; plenty of space for your clothes with hangers; safe deposit box is working properly without any issues; TV size is good, with fairly enough channel selections.||5. The bathroom: good lighting; a huge mirror and sink; standard amenities (toothbrush set, cap, cotton tips, bar soap); a hair dryer is working properly; the toilet is clean with a shower jet and toilet rolls; the shower is working properly both for cold and hot water; and the towels are in a good condition.||6. In-room dining: Overall, the food is tasty, although my fish and chips are cold and some are hard enough to bite. But other than that, is perfectly fine, with non-cash payments accepted as well.||7. Restaurant (breakfast): pretty good design layout; there are indoor and outdoor seating options; I believe during low season it will be perfectly normal, but during high season, like a long holiday, it might be a little bit crowded; The food quality and taste are quite good, with a selection of Indonesian and western food. There are a bread and pastry section with some local cakes, a salad and fruit bar, plenty of drink choices including milk but no cereal in sight, an egg station outside the restaurant, a noodle station (indomie instant noodles), and also a coffee and tea section.||8. There is a small gym as well, with fairly enough equipment.||9. The public toilet is clean which I really like.||10. The check-out process is fast enough and there are no unnecessary things.||βββSome improvement for the futureβββ||1. A guide book on the table for some local attractions and any important information (like hospitals, banks, shops, etc.) regarding the city of Banjarmasin||2. It could be better if the restaurant provided a knife for the cutlery (I know from Google that the cutlery has a photo of a knife).||3. One of the water dispenser on the 3rd floor, left turn after lift (I believe it is located in the room alley that faces a street view), has a weird taste somehow like a metallic aftertaste. Because after I use another dispenser right next to it, it tastes normal just like bottled water. Maybe can do some inspections.||4. The quality of chips or fries could be better next time. But the food itself is tasty.||βββββ|Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay and highly recommended whenever you come to...

Β Β Β Read moreCurrently staying for first time and having very impressive times. Update: The breakfast is satisfying, tasty, and the restaurant is cozy yet kid-friendly. More update: The receptionist were so helpful when I lost our key card. Great!
To summarize 3 nights in our deluxe twin room here, here are the advantages and disadvantages we encountered. Pros: each room gets 2 key cards each room gets 2 pillows and 2 gulings there is a hairdryer There are lots of electrical plugs on the left and right sides of the mattress, there are also universal plugs available Central AC, the cold feels more comfortable spacious restaurant, delicious breakfast and lots of choices, instant noodles are also available (our favorite is fried dumplings) there is a kidz zone complete toilet amenities long sofa available (if you bring toddlers it will be very useful)
Cons: Limited car parking, no direct access from the rear parking lot to the lobby don't use smart tv no swimming pool (although understandable for a 3 star hotel)
Conclusion: With the price we got (less than Rp. 450k per night), we will definitely...
