Reotel at The Nove - Nuvasa Bay — Hotel in Batam City

|The location of this resort/apartment is very good for people who want quiet, theres no noise from cars, motorbikes, karaoke or mosque here, so if you want to get away from it all, its perfect for you. |You can recharge/refresh yourself totally here. |The view is beautiful as well, sunsets over Singapore. |It has two good pools, with a very good pool maintenace man, was very impressed by his commitment to work. |The staff are polite and even a woman travelling alone like me can feel safe here, no problems at all. |The managment team is very bad, as already many others have written. |I tried to get their contacts so i could give suggestions on how to improve their resort- they would not give any, which really means they dont care about their place. |I had black fingerprints all over the white doors and door frames in my unit, and found out that the clenaing staff didnt even have proper detergents to clean things like that.|Please buy them CIF, so they can scrub properly. |Also behind the stove was oil all over the wall... They have not cleaned it. Please to just put tiles there.... Easier to clean. |But the worst was the dirty, disgusting beach... Full of trash... I booked this hotel because it was near the Sea adventure but v upset & disappointed that it was closed since Covid, not even updated in the website.
