Rock and Wreck Dive Resort — Hotel in Billiton

When I chose this inn while on vacation near the beach in Belitung, I was quite speculative. But it turned out that our experience had been fairly positive. We stayed in a two-room family lodge. The lodge is surely spacious, with a large living area. The room is quite large, with a cupboard and plenty of moving space. Each room has air conditioning and access to the outdoors like a house. Despite the use of wood in the construction, the facilities are quite modern, with a refrigerator, hair dryer, and hot water. No wifi in the lodge, whatsoever.

Breakfast is still limited to two menus, both of which are quite tasty. The cafe where we go at night also has a wide range of menu options. This inn, in our opinion, still has a lot of room for improvement. It can be started from the hotel entrance, which is less attractive because it is in the same lane as the restaurant. The parking space is then limited to three vehicles. Furthermore, the private beach should be made more 'private'.

Overall, resting here has been an interesting experience. This is a good option for those who want to stay at Tanjung...

Good experience stay here for 3D2N, the resort is a collection of traditional malay-belitong houses (ruma panggong) with a pool in the middle. The location is great, where it is located right in front of Kelayang beach and only 10 meters from kelayang pier, plus other main attraction in Sijuk. We get the room number 1 with a direct view to the beach. Staffs are friendly and helpful since our first day.

Overall it is a good place but since it is located in rural area, the place is a bit silent and dark, if you are affraid of such a quiet place then this place is not for you.

Cons : electricity down on my first day, wifi signal did not reach my room, also there are only 2 breakfast menu and the taste...

Thank you for a relaxing stay, myself and my partner had the best time. The quietest and most relaxing place I've ever stayed, fell in love with Belitung and we will definitely be back. And you can rent a scooter for 100k per day which I highly recommend, as there are so many places you can go and explore. I like looking for reptiles and so if you're into wildlife, you can take a drive into the jungle and see Monkeys, Snakes, Butterflies, maybe even a Tarsier if you're lucky!
