Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon — Hotel in Cirebon

Dear Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon,

I was very dissapointed on my last experienced at your hotel.

Your first impression services on our arrival was way too long to keep us as guest waited for the room, thus there's lack of communication between front office/reception and the lounge restaurant at level 3. Your Reception put us on level 3 due to the room was being prepared, yet No welcome drink served till we asked and it took the waiter to do all the confirmation in your internal (reception and the lounge).

The room rate for superior was way too high, cost IDR 800k ++ with no minibar no mini fridge. Considering Cirebon, the rate was too high compare to Swiss-Belhotel Pondok Indah Jakarta, superior rate is IDR 750k ++ with standard minibar and mini fridge, this available in all type of room. Note This!!!

For the bathroom, why Not put the water hose instead of shower only?!

The Lobby hotel was messy, small table infront of lift messy like no one tidy up and do the cleaning There's a broken glass near to the lobby door, its like been there for ages ago

If The Management keep continue like this, are you sure your hotel can compete with the other hotels among Cirebon?

In addition, the hotel is definitely not suitable for family with toddler coz no bathtub plus no water hose For business trip, i am not suggesting for more than 2 days

I hope Swiss-Belhotel would like to take improvement after this.

In general, the hotel itself is very good;good location and good property. Why no 5 stars? It's the service, but I'll save that for later.

The hotel is on the mainroad and pretty much in the city center, so location is very strategic. It's also attached to a small mall and a series of ruko (strip mall) so very convenient to fulfill all your needs. The hotel itself is pretty ok, not too old and maintenance is decent enough. What's lacking is a spacious lobby to be a potential meeting place and designated parking area for the hotel (hotel, mall and ruko all use the same parking facility).

This time I got the junior suite; very luxurious and spacious with a bedroom, 1.5 bath, living/dining room and an enclosed balcony. All the furnitures, fixtures and building material are quite luxurious. Maintenance is also pretty good; nothing is broken or dirty. The room is also equipped with bathtub, mini fridge and nespresso machine. Overall stay is quite enjoyable.

My real problem is with the service. It was way pass 3pm when I checked in and they didn't have my room ready and I was made to wait about 1 hour. It was a super let down for first impression, especially for someone getting their suite. Request for ice cubes and other needs also wasn't met with speedy response. I seriously think they have much to learn and improve in customer satisfaction and service dept.

I might return to this hotel but not sure if I'll get another suite since the service doesn't...

Nice hotel with great location (connected to Cirebon Super Block Mall). No worries to find 'emergency food', just go to the mall. Parking lots is very limited in the ground floor, since it will compete with other mall visitor. Special parking lots for hotel guess is on 6A level, with direct access to Hotel restaurant and pool, also to the mall. The minus was you need to wait for long exit time, while other visitor find empty lots, only has one gateway for both mall and hotel visitor. Room is clean with great mountain view. Soft bed and big pillows, just keep you want to sleep longer. Big clear glass with adjusted curtain between your bed and bathroom, sometimes not really good for family stay purpose. Food for breakfast is OK, not so special. Varies from local taste like nasi tutug, empal gentong, porridge.. and some western taste, like bread, egg station, fruit station. There is a chocolate fountain that kids love. Outside pool has cold water and windy, on 3rd level. Would be good if hotel will provide warm pool water for improvement. Sport (gym) station is still in progress development during my visit. Also, kids club would be great in the future. Nice hotel staff... Overall, it's good experience...
