I agree with the previous tripadvisor reviewer, this hotel is beautiful looking outside but inside? Oh so so! The room looks clean, but the towel stinks, the pillow stinks and the electric water kettle looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned. The hotel gives amenities such as shampoo, soap, dental kit, but still lacks hairdryer however. The bathroom is very weird, there is a curtain on the side of the shower so that people in the bedroom can see through. So creepy. I hope that this hotel is not designed for perverts.||||In the executive king room that I've stayed in, the mirror, drawer and tunnel lamp doesn't work. Also there are many "unfinished" open socket with messy cables. For this hotel price rate, I'd recommend better go...

The building looked good and by the picture on their sites and several hotel booking sites, it ahiwed quite nice. When i enter the room i was mildly disappointed in the cleanliness aspect. The bathroom is BIGGER than the picture they are making, the tub is bigger too, but it was definitely not well managed. It cannot be drained, and i have to call the maintenance every now and then to get it drained and closed again. I arrive at 7.30pm and they are still not ready, no towel and no mat. There is a bug on the room and the bed is not well cleaned. The room service is not fast respond.

My kids loved the architecture though..

If you travel with babies or elderly, don't, they don't...
