RedDoorz Plus near Universitas Sumatera Utara — Hotel in City of Medan

Breakfast is forgotten if you don't ask for it even though you've paid for it. The water in my room's bathroom didn't flow. I also witnessed other guests complaining that their bathroom water was also off. Oddly enough, the gurgling water in the corridor kept flowing day and night, making guests sleep noisy, you're so rustic.. You don't have a plate to borrow, you don't even have a glass to borrow. The guest has prepaid in full for 5 days, but why is a deposit still asked (even though the money will be returned upon check out), what's the relevance. The staff are not friendly to guests, they're just indifferent. The distance from the hotel to other facilities is far. I would not recommend...

The worst place in Medan I have ever been to. I had to leave my room in the middle of the night and sleep on the hotel couch, because bedbugs running all over my body. I didn't get any refunds and the staff just laughing at me. What an arrogant behaviour. The towel was dirty, the bed sheets as well and their was no soap in the bathroom. It might be a beautiful place 5 years ago, but at the moment it's a mess and can't recommend to go there. This place should be closed. 0 stars I will give...

Saya sangat nyaman menginap di RedDoorz plus near yg bertitik lokasi di jln sempurna lokasinya agak sedikit jauh dari jln utama tapi Masi bisa terjangkau dengan roda empat atawpun roda dua, lokasinya sangat nyaman gak berisik suasana hening cocok banget bagi yg sedang berpergian jauh,singgah sejenak barang satu ataw dua malam untuk menginap di hotel RedDoorz pasilitas sangat bagus tempanya sangat bersih, kamar mandi pasilitas air panas dan dingin, tempat pup nya kloset duduk untuk masalah harga tentunya sangat terjangkau apalagi reservasi via app pembayaran melalui Indomaret dpt diskon Redcash hingga 40 persen, pasilitas kamar ada WiFi,air mineral, televisi, kamar mandi,linen bersih, dan peralatan mandi, RedDoorz memberikan kenyamanan keamanan bagi semua castumer,area RedDoorz luar dan dalam dilengkapi sisi Tv untuk keamanan, RedDoorz memiliki tempat parkir yg cukup luas untuk kendaraan roda empat ataupun untuk roda dua selamat menikmati pelayanan...
