worst experience ever.the room was so old and the balcony was so dirty , the windows didnt look like it was even cleaned , the room paint was getting off , and there was so many holes in the walls , the bathroom was so dirty and also so rusty . the lamp was so dim , and also the kettle didnt even work , the tv was so old that it only has a couple of tv shows , even tho the room was pretty big i still get that creppy vibes , when i first entered the lobby it was so clean but when i was walking to my room and pass the hallways it was so dirty , it had beds and pillows and also trash everywhere . and also the room was so dirty and infront of my room there was some trash , ofc i had to borrow a broom from the workers their , i only liked this hotel because they had a minimarket and a balcony ....

Terrible Experience

The hotel hosted a high school graduation event, which resulted in many students staying overnight. This turned into a nightmare as they were extremely noisy, laughing and running in the corridors even as late as 2 AM. Shockingly, there were no hotel staff members around to address the situation or ask them to stop.

The room conditions were also disappointing. It was dusty, the air conditioning was small and old, making the room uncomfortably hot, and the bed was dirty—I felt itchy while sleeping. Upon checking, I even found small stones on the bed, which was unacceptable.

The breakfast service was slow with refills, and the coffee tasted terrible.

I did not stay on this hotel, i only attended one event on first february. When dinner, my friends talk about the food not well, coz she came at 6 pm and food is allready, but we dinner at 10 pm, so? More than 4 hours the foods at the dishes i dont know with or without heating. And for me, why are u late to reffil the buffet? Is all.. only steamed rice on buffet table, even though there are still many who haven't eat yet. Long to waiting the food, no one comming. I ask to the waitress, waiter, chef where is the food, yayaya ready to cooking. Ha cooking? Its dont have well preparation, When the food come, i don know about forget or not cooked about the condiment on side. And see, all is full.
