GO HOTEL MAUMERE — Hotel in Flores

When I first came to this hotel, it was just recently opened; everything feels new, and I suppose that the room that I was in was brand new (I am one of their first guests!). I chose their Superior Room if I was not mistaken; the room was spacious with one big bed in the center. Overall the facilities were good; they provided basics like TV, wardrobe, wi-fi (Although a bit slow in my room), and room service (the foods were great!). This hotel also provides a pool in front of the rooms; I love it so much! The view was good that I started to work outside of my room to enjoy the ambience (they provided sets of chairs and a table in front of each room as well). Also, the staffs were super friendly and helpful. They were proactive and had a fast response to each of my needs. As a new hotel, I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Maumere, however the are improvements that can still be made to maximize...

One of the worst experiences we had in our trip in Flores. My wife and I were planing to stay here for one night, we went to the restaurant first. I Ordered fried noodles with vegetables and. My wife ordered can kung and fish filet. The noodles came with sausage and they were bad cooked. The taste was very bad as well. The waitress couldn’t speak English, so she asked help to his colleague. He told me to just put the sausage aside and that I ordered that dish. There’s nothing he could do.

The floor was full of dead flys, a rat came out of the kitchen and they told me I needed to pay for all the dishes even though we couldn’t eat almost anything because the food was so bad. We obviously didn’t...

The hotel just recently open at Mid September 2018, ideally located in the city center, the ambience is cozy with a pool directly in front of the deluxe room The room was spacious, with simple but efficient amnesties. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety menu each day. The Fish sour soup ( Ikan Kuah Asam) the local menu was superb.||The staffs were friendly and helpful. Something need to improve was the bath room amenities because the hotel didn't provide Shower Cap and Sanitary bag. Also they didn't have hair dryer even store in house keeping.
