Mama Komodo Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Flores

Very bad room, service, and staff. It’s very dirty and very far. And the staff don’t take any responsibility. The sheets were very dirty and caused a very serious rash on my leg. But they just said it was my fault. I booked 2 nights, but they didn’t even change the sheets on the second day. I wanted to cancel the second night’s booking, but they said it could only be done online. However, I booked through Agoda, and it does not allow cancellations.

In short, their bed sheets caused a problem with my leg, but they neither changed the sheets nor gave me a refund, and just kept saying it...

We 100% recommed mama komodo in Labuan Bajo, my partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and it felt like our home. Staff solved us every question or problem we had and help us with the trip and rent of motos. The room and the hotel was very clean too.
