Hotel Rakacia — Hotel in Jakarta

Very bad experience!

A lot of thing should be fixed here. Here's my Complaint. The AC is not cool at all, i have to open the window when sleeping, and it's dangerous. Most of Tv show is blurred 5 days I stay here, but I just got 2 toothpaste and 3 room cleaning time, and there's no trash can, just put it in the room, and cleaner will take it later (?) Parking area is Paid. Seriously ? U said it's facility of this hotel, but....meh. No one Staff have a smile, everyone just like get fired everytime. it's smell here, because beside this hotel It's like a landfill

I see that some reviewer said, it's good and cheap, and we got what we paid. But hell no, it's a basic thing that shouldn't missing.

I didn't say that this place is bad. No, it's worse so ever. If u guys have another choices, try another option, if no, welcome...

I dunno for room or else. I came to attend ceremony in its (solely?) meeting room. Happened to come during CFD time. Alas, when i called the hotel for alternative route, they just didnt know how/where to. Finally arrived in a side-entry with narrow parking lot. Its elevator can only accomodate 6 people in crumpled situation. Claustrophobia people is not recommended...

One good hotel and nice place to be. The rooms are spacious and they have lot to offer. The good thing about the place the lovely atmosphere, the staff and ambience. I would recommend this...
