Bebek Kaleyo Rawamangun — Restaurant in Jakarta

Always love Bebek Kaleyo, starting from small restaurant in rawangun to now big array of franchise ..but last nigh its a bit let down for us..as we love spicy bebek sambal hijau in kaleyo the best..we never even change our menu everytime we dine there..but last night, at 8.30 pm maybe because its quite late.. the sambal hijau is not tasty at all, nor even spicy,it was like it being reheated many times ..thank god there was other sambal that also served there generously by Bebek kaleyo..i dont know wether because its weekday so not many customer and the sambal ijo is not fresh anymore, while the fried duck istasty as always but We will always love to eat there..hopefully its just one...

Well this restaurant are popular in Jakarta and domestic tourist. It served selected sundanese cuisine. It only serve ducks or Bebek Kaleyo, kaleyo is a type or habitat of the ducks (I think)

What I meant are they only served ducks, as the restaurant names "Bebek Kaleyo". They also served chickens in case you afraid your cholesterol increase 😊🙏🙏

After all the menu selection is limited, the diferrent is only on their "sambal" and how you want your "bebek" or chicken to be served. But its a must try and worth visit, a hint dont come here during lunch time or after working hour. Its better you call first and ask hows the crowd and the...

One of the common place to eat fried duck in Jakarta. Its"sambal" is quite spicy for those who are not into spicy food, so you guys should stay away. But for those love spicy food, this might come mediocre for you. I recommend you to try "bebek muda" at this place. The meat is tender, and you will get half of a young duck. And the bones are not as hard as the adult ones. Pick the one you like, wether it is deep fried or the grilled one.
