I only spent two nights at this hotel, but almost immediately felt like I was welcomed as part of a family. From check in to check out, I was pleased with every aspect. Mawar (Rose) was so kind and helpful, from the first glass of wine I ordered to the last breakfast I ate there. She definitely made me feel special and took such good care of the small details while I was at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. Book cheapest room with breakfast that I can find at that time. Room is a bit small compared to other hotels but adequate for me. Clean and standard everyday cleaning. Bathroom is shower type. Breakfast is good. Western, local, chinese food, bread and donut, fruit juice, tea, coffee machine. Stayed for 4 nights so I can say that there's not much variety between days. Polite and smiley employees. Overall nice experience.

Room is okay. But the service is terrible ! Had a packages delivered for me to the hotel. when i asked the security, he gave me one package while i saw another one behind him, i asked him to rechecked again and then he made an unhappy face and said that he already checked there was no other for me. I haD to showed it to him the box behind him. Just the laziness to check, he was talking with his colleague when i came to him though. Reception was not very helpful either.
