I have been stayed at there for 2 nights. For me its like an ordinary standard red doorz facilities, AC works well, Water Heater works well, they provide towel even though i don't use it, the bed is quiet comfort but the bed cover is not clean enough. TAPI mbak" resepsionis nya enggak banget ! Tidak melayani customer dengan baik, sopan dan nyaman. Se olah" nuduh saya ga mampu bayar uang deposit. Padahal pas check in disuruh sama mas" nya buat 2 kamar deposit 100 ribu aja, ya karena staff nya yang nyuruh yaudahlah saya deposit 100 ribu. Eh malah ngomong gaenakin blablabla seolah nuduh saya ga mampu deposit 200 ribu. sakin saya kesel saya bilang cek cctv aja kalau ga percaya. Baru diem dia. Attitude nya perhatiin ya kalau melayani customer. Kalau bukan saya doang yang complain berarti emang dari situ nya yang salah.
Selain itu, sprei dan selimut kotor, banyak bercak noda dan ihh geli banget jorok !! Handuk juga sama banyak bercak, bolong lagi. Staff masker juga ga pada make. Selain itu tab kartu masuk nya gabisa dua" nya ! Jadi saya harus bolak balik resepsionis minta dibukain terus. Setidaknya kalau fasility ga oke, minimal attitude staff nya oke lah. Thx.
