Worst experience ever They put a wrong listing and Dan say room s not available

And asked me cancel and get refund which not possible clearly as per website listing. They don’t own their own listing and says it s website fault. I added the photo for clarity

They just made me pay for private room because at night 10 pm where else I m supposed to go. I just ended up paying so much for my 3 hours stay.They send a WhatsApp to me to confirm my time to check in by which time they are already know I was female. Still failed to communicate the unavailability of the female dormitory. U come at hotel and then told sorry it's not available. Pls take d private room. Moreover they are not ready to adjust the amount i already paid for the dormitory in the private room cost which they already will receive from the website.

Two nights I stayed here to accompany my friend, I felt comfortable and at home.

Here, I could meet and chat a little with foreign guests, the service was friendly, there was a place for ablution and worship (for Muslims), and on the second floor, you could relax or work.

Although the room was small, the ambiance was very comfortable, there was access to TV, YouTube, Netflix, and stable Wi-Fi connection. An added bonus, unlimited access to the kitchen (you can make tea, coffee, or simply refill your water bottle).

One thing I found slightly inconvenient: the accommodation didn't provide toothpaste, so you should be prepared to bring it from home or buy it at the accommodation.

The accessibility from the highway is very close, and it's considered in the city center. You don't need to worry about ordering food online or using online transportation.

Someday, I will consider staying here...

such a cozy place! i booked 2 dormitory rooms via Traveloka and got the best price! love their hospitality, the staffs are really nice and helpful. the room is clean, spacious, and the AC is cold. the toilet is clean, smells nice, and they have heated water (only on 2nd floor). they always clean your room in the morning.

the wifi works just fine (i use it for youtube and tiktok).

they have tours options for Bali and Banyuwangi as well, just ask!

they serve breakfast menu for only 20k rupiah and you literally get everything.

the location is very strategic, its near Brawijaya/Karangente Bus Terminal (walking distance) and 7 minutes (bike ride) to Banguwangi Train Station

food options around the area is not much, but you can always order through gojek/grab.
