This is an old but established hotel. The hotel's age is showing with the less-than-satisfactory functions of toilet bowl and bath tub drainage. In spite of that, the response for service and repair was prompt and friendly. In a town with few decent hotels, this is a viable option for a few night's good sleep. This hotel within walking distance to road-side low-table eateries (lesehan).||* Easy access from the main road.||* The Regency-type room is spacious.||* There is sufficient counter top space for storage of our stuff.||* The bathroom is spacious.||* A lift connects all floors to the third floor.||* Swimming pool is provided.||* Free WIFI in the room and at public areas.||* Mini Bar is provided in the room.||* Chairs and a side-table are provided at the corridor outside the room.||* Airy environment.||* Efficient check-in service.||* Express laundry available for 2-hour and 4-hour, even up to late afternoon at 6.30pm.||* Access ramps for the disabled.||* Major cable TV channels provided in the room.||* Fast response to a request for laundry pick-up and toilet repair.||* The Suite Room is very spacious, with rug on the floor.||* Plenty of counter top, drawers, writing desk and cupboards in the Suite Room.||* DVD player provided in the Suite Room.||* Balcony provided in the Suite Room.||||The BAD||||* No Safe in the Regency Room. I had an amazing experience at Bintang Mulia Hotel & Resto! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—conveniently close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, which was great for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights was definitely the food! The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, and every meal we had was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast, in particular, had a great selection, and it was a perfect way to start each day.

The service here deserves a special mention. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of.

We arrived in the evening, very tired. Looked at the price for Agoda- 200Rp was with breakfast. At the reception they said that they had 250Rp with breakfast and could not give the same price. We asked to remove breakfast and give us a room, which was refused - only with breakfast. To get the room we were told to book through Agoda. I had to waste time and book a room through another site .... From which they then pay a commission. the staff were not welcoming . waited until the number was removed for 10 minutes. It was not ready. The room was booked with one large bed, but we were simply moved two small ones. The biggest shame is the Toilet door. It did not close, but instead of the doorknob, rolled up slippers. slippers !!!!! the lock on the front door was also broken. the air conditioner does...
