Jepara Indah Hotel — Hotel in Jepara

*The Plus : It was a nice stay. Spacious clean room with clean amenities made me feel comfort. AC, hot water shower,bath tub,TV, toilet...all worked so well. The room rate was worth with everything i got during my stay. This hotel has a big enough swimming pool for hotel guest and public, also a spacious restaurant ( smoking and non smoking area available ) with good food for breakfast. Accessible and strategic location is a plus.

*The Minus : Ummm,i don't think i found a friendly security staff there. I had visited there couple of times just for swimming,but never got a single greeting from them ( securities ). 😁Maybe because i ride a motorbike,not a fancy car😂😂. Maybe... I don't know.

I hope the management does manner training for all staff especially front liners. So they all can serve and treat guest with pleasure and not picky😊.

Typical hotel for 500,000rupiah,tho' it did have a bath&included bath salts which was a nice touch. Rooms are clean with quiet efficient a/c, fridge, tv (inc:CNN), tea&coffee making facilities,king bed & room service. 3 complaints; Our room#304 had a "paper thin" adjoining door & the curtains let every ray of bright morning sun through. A terrific buffet breakfast was included but the dining room is fully glassed & uncomfortably hot.We noticed patrons come eat&go quicker than what Indonesians normally do ;-) lol (I hope management read this& adjust the a/c b4 our next trip). Security are vigilant&our goods in our pickup were not at threat anytime during the night. Well Done Men ! Cheeck in&out...

I agree with many reviews about this hotel being old but not maintained. Aircond not cold (small aircond for big room), shower water not hot enuf, water pressure in my room 206 was extremely bad. Attitude of front office staff very bad..as if we are staying for free of charge. To sum it up...this is badly run hotel with low mannered staff... cards not accepted. When i complained about hotel room they keep giving excuses and dont care ...!!!! Perhaps the owner trained them so. HOTEL ZAMAN PURBA. Btw i have been staying here on and off since 10yrs ago. I only stay here if i have no choice. This time i am too annoyed for i write my review. Otherwise...
