What I like most about this hotel was the staffs. With all limitations that they had, they tried to serve all guests as best as possible. Like when I had a room service delivered by Agit, on the following morning I saw him on front desk. Apparently he was a front desk agent instead of a waiter. I also saw a waiter on egg corner making scrambled eggs. |They were all multi tasking without degrading their professionalism. |Back to when I arrived and get help from Firly the FDA. The check in process was fast. My smoking room did not smell at all, thanks to Tina the room maid. Riyanto from housekeeping also delivered by request to borrow sarong and praying mat almost instantly after I called. But they did not offer me kettle jar until I asked, because kettle jar there was on request for superior room. Once again maybe because the limitation. I can understand because it's two star. |Staffs in the restaurant were helpful too. Like Yusuf and the other guy, they served my breakfast and later on in the evening with my dinner attentively. |When I had trouble with my laptop the IT guy, pak Wawan was also showed his attention. The problem was not solved because the cause is the hardware but at least he helped me saving my presentation. |One beautiful thing about the hotel was tge garden. There were many plants that I did not know. But as soon as I scanned the bae code all informations came up. Brilliant idea. |And the last one was Gita who helped me with my taxi pick up. She gave me her best estimation of my pick up arrival because the taxi pool was a little far from the hotel.|But there are few things they need to improve:|1. They don't have SDB in the room so it would be better at least the provide in the front office.|2. Because of staffs limitation I had to wait my room service a little bit longer than I usually have. |3. I don't know why but in my first morning the hot water was not as quick as my second day.|Overall I had a nice stay there. Thanks for the clean room and good food, also of course their friendly attentive staffs. I might come back one day if I have another...
Read moreThe room is neat, service is so-so, but overall the hotel is not very clean, the cleaning is definitely slower than at least twice a day because I saw a trash in the hallway to my room left by someone there and the cleaning crew didn’t even bothered to pick it up cause I still see it the next day with some more trash added to it. Cost me Rp. 300,000,-/night for a room with a single king bed, no breakfast, no deposit when check in but they held some amount of money out of my credit card when I made the booking via online and send it back few days after I checked out. The location is pretty clear and close to almost everything you think you might need, there are restaurants from KFC to local warteg nearby, also a supermarket right in the front...

At 1am the reception called me just to let me know that my credit card has been canceled by the system.. i asked them many time before i came to the hotel and during check in but the reception said my booking has been paid.. the receptikn didn't care about their guests want to have a rest on that time or not, they insisted me to come down to the reception to settle my account.. i told them can u just wait till morning because it was so disturbing calling the guest at 1 am just to settle the bill.. i would never ever stay in this hotel anymore and i promise my self that i will let everybody i know NOT TO STAY IN THIS ROUGH HOTEL and u will see such as unprofessional person work in this hotel.. so...
