1st impression for this hotel was ok until get the room , which was not the standard room (2nd grade from the lowest available grade). Request for non smoking room, but when i opened the room, can smell heavy smokey from inside. And i have to wait again at the alley for the replacement room.||For the price that i paid, really not worthed for the room condition that i got. Can said its overprice.||They have a japanesse restaurant but quality is average.||My overall comment this hotel show that they cannot represent 4* hotel for the service and the room condition.||Their location is quite close with Karawang Barat toll gate, this is might be the positive point...

This hotel is another, options from the hotel in KIIC area. The road access in some area isn’t smooth yet. ||They have a promotion for free dinner and laundry with special price. But i think for the dinner menu is limited only from the common menu when u visit to the restaurant itself. ||For water heater isn’t fastly comes when the valve change into the hot water. Really dissatisfied for the last day of stay, the water is almost dark in brown color in the early morning. TV unit is really small, need more closer to watch it.
