Bali 85 Beach Inn — Hotel in Kecamatan Manggis

Best place I stayed in Padang Bai Bali! Aside from the clean, comfortable room, the owners and workers were very inviting and friendly. This place has everything! The pool is an absolute must when staying in such a hot climate, and the water was clean and kept me cooled off. The food was also excellent, I had eaten at several restaurants in town, but their food was far better. Hotel 85 is also minutes walk from both White Sand Beach and Black Sand Beach, you could spend every day at White Sand Beach, amazing views and crashing waves. The hotel also has taxi and shuttle service, and scooters for rent. I honestly found this place had everything I needed. We stayed at Bali 85 for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Dewa, on reception, was the nicest guy ever, so helpful and kind.

The room was exceptionally clean although nowhere to hang anything, not a problem for us on a short stay. Took us a little while to realise that if we wanted hot water we had to turn it to the blue side, the label was the wrong way round. The pool was excellent and surrounding area well maintained. Breakfast was very tasty and served next to the pool area.

We were able to walk from the ferry to the hotel with our backpacks without too much effort. Hotel is in a quiet area away from the taxis and traffic in town. We would stay here again if we needed to go back...

Wow this hotel was a real hidden gem. We greeted very warmly and made to feel welcome the minute we arrived and given cold water which was very much needed. Our room was spacious clean and very comfy bed. Pool was clean and refreshing, we were given pool towels.
