It's a cheap hotel, so don't expect it to be anything above what it is. If you want to come for the cheap price come, but know what to expect. Location: somewhat isolated, expect to see animals from the neighboring houses. It is heartbreaking to see how much trash there is, the poor animals are living in it and nature will never recover, people don't clean up. Expect to walk a steep road to the harbor. They measure the distance to the beach in straight lines, but it s a lie, it takes double the time to walk there. Hotel: Check in from 12, cash or credit card with an added fee. Dated, but rooms are spacious and clean. There is no room service. Employees are ok, but some don't speak English. There is no kettle nor fridge in the room. No free water for guests, they overcharge one bottle for 10k while I bought 6 liters for 20k at the harbor. Aside from swimming pool, it s a no shoes hotel. Breakfast: Choose toast with eggs or pancake. Coffee or tea. They give you some fruit, too. Not very filling, but ok. Transportation: don't book anything with them. A 47k drive on Grab was quoted 150k by "their friend". Some locals will not allow Grab drivers to come all the way here, so it might be hard to get a Grab, but worth it because locals try to...

I booked this hotel via booking.com as an overnight stop on way to Gili Air. As my ferry the following morning leaves early I chose it's location as very close to the ferry terminal and blue lagoon beach for snorkelling. ||Having arrived the hotel is located up a steep hill track, and as Padangbai is such a small area we could have picked a more central location. ||We checked in with minimal fuss. Breakfast starts at 7.30am when we leave for our ferry so can't comment on the food. We were allocated a poolside room which was quite disappointing. Very dated decor and no extra facilities (no toiletries/tea and coffee making facilities/fridge/safety deposit box). There is a wet room for the bathroom but the shower is in the middle so everything gets soaked. The bath towels are tiny and no hand towels provided. There is a comfortable super king bed for a good night's sleep.||We didn't use the pool and although the hotel was adequate for one night on our trip travelling round Bali we had experienced much better accommodation since we arrived in other hotels in a similar price bracket. J'ai vécu une expérience lunaire dans cet hôtel ! Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Mon taxi m'a déposé à cet hôtel par erreur alors que j'en avais réservé un autre au bout de la rue. Les deux messieurs présents à l'accueil m'expliquent que je ne suis pas au bon endroit mais me propose de rester tout de même car ils ont de la place. Après leur avoir dit plusieurs fois que j'allais à l'autre hôtel ils ont insisté jusqu'à brader leur tarif et en me disant que l'autre hôtel était moins bien et à environ à environ 10min à pieds (je suis en sac à dos). J'ai fini par accepter l'offre. On m'a mise dans une chambre avec des fenêtres ouvertes sur la rue et sur le parking des scooters. Au bout de 2h dans la chambre je réalise que c'est beaucoup trop bruyant (cela fait 1mois et demi que je voyage en Indonésie j'ai l'habitude du bruit mais pas comme ça !). J'explique la situation au plus âgé des messieurs, visiblement le patron, et je demande s'ils peuvent me changer de chambre. Ce monsieur fais mine de ne pas comprendre (alors que j'utilise le traducteur indonésien) et me prends de haut. Je lui demande s'il peut appeler l'autre monsieur celui qui a insisté pour que je reste et il me dit qu'il n'a pas son numéro qu'il ne peut pas l'appeler !!! Je comprends alors qu'on se moque de moi... Un autre gars du staff arrive et après 15min d'explications et de négociations ils finissent par me rendre une partie de l'argent que je leur ai versé en gardant 60k RP pour sois disant le ménage à faire alors que j'ai passé 2h dans la chambre! Ils n'ont pas voulu me changer de chambre parce qu'elles sont plus chers du fait qu'elles aient la climatisation. Le vieux monsieur, qui avait visiblement retrouvé son anglais insiste même en me disant qu'aucun hôtel ne propose la climatisation au tarif négocié (250k/nuit). Je lui montre la réservation du premier hôtel (avec clim) et il me dit "non non pas possible". Donc il continue de chercher à m'embrouiller. Je fini par partir et retrouver le premier hôtel (à même pas 1min à pieds), qu'heureusement je n'avais pas annulé, avec clim, et service de location de scooter neuf sur place pour 70k (contre 120k dans cet hôtel d'arnaqueurs.). Je me suis sentie prise au piège, moqué et pas respecté pour la première fois depuis le début de mon voyage. Ne nous laissons pas faire par ces méthodes de racolages malhonnête! À...
