Same Hotel Kendari — Hotel in Kendari

Amazing is my 1'st impression when looking at the building, checking process is good no complain...got a price of 600.000 IDR/night non smoking single bed, with 50.000 IDR for key deposit still no issues at first... When entering the room my impression change drastically,quiet big but the room looks so simple, the bed linen not too clean and also the bathroom mat, Breakfast menu's is so simple, i also notice that staying here for 2 night there is same menu for breakfast.. For business purposes only in my personal opinion this not an ideal one. With hotel location close to the bay ,The management has to change the style and the services, because there is a lot of hotel especially in other parts of Sulawesi which have good service and better in everything with the price even...

The exterior and interior were good and looked glamorous. But I found many things that might be better for this hotel's rate; first, the bathroom floor, it was slippery even the cleaning services had clean the room, plus the bathroom had inconvenience smell. Second, the entire rooms and the corridors had smoke-smell that was really irritating, even the smell clinging on my clothes. Third, their menu. Every time I stayed here, I could not enjoy the food because some of them tasted bland for me. And fourth, there was no coolbox for deluxe room.
