Swiss-Belhotel Kendari — Hotel in Kendari

Service was great, staff were friendly and hospitable, food was okay (the breakfast steamboat was something) access is fantastic: near the famed gift shop Mubarak. However… my allergies went crazy, sneezing non stop, which was most likely due to the unkept carpet flooring. Dust was everywhere, invisible but it’s there. It kinda ruined the experience.

I implore you to shift from carpet flooring to the wooden, or any other hard flooring. Or, probably invest in good HEPA filter.

The wifi though… it was the weakest of all Swissbel chains in Indonesia (I happened to stay in many of this hotel chain all over the country). So much so that I had to postpone numerous Zoom calls just cuz of the wifi! I could have used tethering from my phone but this was supposed to be a business hotel....

Two time stay here, the first time stay at deluxe room and get linen with the old ages, and for the second stay I have privilege from the FOM direct free upgrade to grand deluxe room. The service was good and breakfast the taste was average nothing so spesial from the food. ||Just wondering with the staff during our breakfaat near with swimming pool and there is a staff activity for zumba. And so sad the hospitality staff with international brand put their shoes on the table while the other guest also there enjoy the morning after having breakfast and watching the activity. ||Overall I've enjoy the stay and thank you for Mr. Ardi with the offering and all the service was nice and very helpfull. And for Mr. Claudio he's very helpfull handling from arrive until we depart from this...
