The room is big and has huge bed but that was it. It has dusts everywhere like it hasn't been cleaned for months, the sheets even dirty has stained everywhere and hairs (gosh i hate to imagine where the hairs came from). There's no clock working, what's the use of putting one that is not working anyway? The phone is NOT working either. The shower in the room isnt working properly and there's no bathtub. Its supposed to be a family room but not KID or BABIES friendly. How am i supposed to take my babies to shower? In a sink??? The staffs aren't very welcoming either, they only give us one key so whenever we exit the room, all the electricity goes off including the aircon. I even caught one staff playing and joking around after ringing my door bell, very unproffesional. They don't give us any mineral water in the room. The breakfast is also poor, not many choices and again not kid friendly.

When i stayed in, the hotel wasn't very crowded, but there were people screaming on the halls and i couldn't sleep. Oh please at least make the rooms sounds proofed. I could NOT say i enjoy my stay, and i definitely won't come...

I booked 3 nights in this hotel in late 2023 for Feb 2024. I always prefer to book directly with a hotel but their website had all sorts if bugs and didnt permit it so used one of the booking.com sites. Then tried to contact hotel directly (1) thru the email address they had listed on their website (2) through the booking site and (3) directly to the parent company. Crickets (that means no response from anyone). Concerning when a hitel will not communicate with someone who has made a booking. Then I had to.postpone the trip.and went through the rigmarole again to get no response. Finally after weeks of this I received a curt email from.the parent company referring me to the hotel then an apology from someone in marketing. Needless to say I will not be booking this hotel for the rescheduled trip in June. If the comms are anything to go by I cant...
