It's the best restaurant in Kupang for me. It's used to be Rotterdam Resto, but since they moved, the name changed, but the food, the service, and the atmosphere are still the best. Kelapa restaurant adalaah restoran berkonsep santai dengan fasilitas kolam renang di tengahnya(hanya saya membayangkan mandi di sana dengan tatapan orang yg makan dari resto agak kurang nyaman kali ya, kecuali jika itu area hotel atau anak kecil saja yg renang hehehe). Suasana resto terkesan mewah tapi santai dengan pemandangan lepas ke arah laut jadi kalau datang berdua dengan orang terkasih dinner sambil menikmati sunset cukup asyik ini tempat.
