RedDoorz @ Villa Krisna Balangan Beach — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

Overall the room is bad, maybe it looks good in the pictures, but of course real life is different.

I think we stayed in room no 1, broken mirror, no hot water for the shower, only sink had extra hot water. Bathroom door was not closing. Swimming pool did not look clean.

Not to mention the worst things, hearing each second the water pump filling, so definitely you will not be able to sleep unless you have ear plugs. This water trunk makes noise as if someone is whistling/ shouting, so nothing pleasant.

The people from housekeeping were nice, but they could sometimes deep clean the bathrooms (but I guess it’s a Bali thing to not clean well after each guest).

The location is creepy; after sunset it feels like you’re kind of stuck there. Next to this Accomodation, there’s a Balinese house with about 5-6 super aggressive dogs, also the housekeepers mentioned that there’s nothing to do about them, but just be careful when it comes to these crazy dogs, better you’re in a car or scooter, as I have no idea how will they react if...

I have never rated any place with this kind of disappointment. I reserved a room through booking.com, then when I arrived for check in, the PIC wasn’t there then I have to look around for contact. When I called him, he easily said to me it’s fully book and I said, well maybe one of it was me because I reserved but he said that one of the guest extend. He left me deserted there and proceed to mock me because it’s only reserved not paid. But I again I HAD RESERVED and had confirmed on my arrival. And if he wasn’t so greedy he should have closed his online booking. Definitely rude owner and place is not as good as it’s looks in the picture. Buruk banget. Staf gak sopan banget. Villa sangat kotor. Kolam renang kotor. Saya tanya gak dibersihkan jawabnya cuman enggak enggak saya ditunjukkan alat pembersih kolam renangnya disitu. Kolam renang dibersihkan katanya blablabla. Saya komplain kamar kotor gak disapu mbak? Jawabnya enggak tahu saya. Yang tahu suami saya. Saya minta sapu. Eh beneran dikasih sapu dong. Seharusnya etika nya biar saya sapuin kak. Mana saya sapuin. Saya ini ajukan refund dana di Traveloka. Karena saya langsung cek out gak mau tinggal sana. Eh stafnya nyolot. Saya berusaha sopan dari awal bicara. Semoga dibaca oleh owner. Saya sering menginap disini sebelum pandemi 2x saya menginap ditempat ini. Dilayani oleh keramahan dari mbak mita. Lalu saya coba lagi pengalaman ini ternyata staf nya sudah ganti dan kualitas pelayanan sangat menurun puoll. Kasihan owner dari pihak villa ini. Dulu saya berbincang bincang dengan mbak mita bahwa owner nya ada orang Yogyakarta. Semoga sang owner bisa memfilter staf mana yang baik dan tidak. Dan saya harap dana saya bisa direfund. Tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat sang owner. Karena saya yakin ini adalah kesalahan staf. Owner kalau mau bukti chat staf yang gak sopan. Bisa email saya. Saya dituduh staf anda mau memeras dia. Sedangkan saya sudah mengajukan klaim Traveloka. Staf anda berbahaya dalam berbicara. Staf anda berbicara, "bapak kehabisan dana ya?" baru pertama ini staf hotel ngomongnya ngasal.
