ALMA SUNSET Luxury Villas — Hotel in Lombok

Ok hotel, the quality of everything doesn't match at all the price paid, you basically pay for the view and pool that's it.

The pool is nice

It's located on a busy road so it's not exactly quiet. The room is big. the shower doesn't have hot water. There is holes everywhere between the ceiling - windows - floor which means that all the fresh air from aircon you're trying to have goes away instantly. you therefore need to set the aircon max speed to hope to get some air.

I had a power outage at 5am waking up sweating because no aircon no electricity. there is no phone or anything to call the reception you only get the WhatsApp number of a staff member which of course is sleeping when the power outage happens so its impossible to contact anyone about the issue, all you can do is wait. 3h later power randomly came back.

Had a spider in my room which tells me the cleaning isn't thorough.

Breakfast is more than average, stale croissant and jam. lunch and dinner food are ok but they are missing half of the ingredients and are mixing a little bit of everything, you order a sea food pizza you get some beef too because there don't have enough sea food. you order a carbonara you get salami that they would put on your peperoni pizza.

WIFI is very bad, I had to use my 4g data for most of my stay.

Alma is the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our whole trip in Indonesia - and even in our entire two-month journey. You simply can’t do better.

The room and the pool were just wow; an amazing infinity pool with a breathtaking view and a stunning sunset every evening.

Everything was spotless, super clean and well maintained. The restaurant was perfect too - every meal was delicious, and even the coffee was amazing!

We had the best time in this recently re-opened spot. Every evening you get a sunset experience right from your own private pool with seaview, who can ask for more?? The bed and linnen were comfortable, it was spacious, clean, and the option to eat outside -next to the bedroom- and watch Netflix during our trip were great! Happy to see the laundry service was still the regular price also.

The food in the restaurant seemed to change based on the chef of the day, something to work on for the future as we didn't always enjoy it. But the staff was very kind and...
