OYO 419 Omah Gajayana Syariah — Hotel in Malang

I wouldn't pick this place, wouldn't go back again.

First, the price is overpriced, would totally choose a hotel over this guest house, booked it with 425k/night for the family room via traveloka and compared to the features, it wasn't worth it at all. Second, with this price, we didn't get breakfast, not even simple type of breakfast. Third, first time i entered the room, the room was musty. There is no window connected to the outside air it takes 1 day for it to smell normal again. Fourth, the hot water wasnt working for a while, but then it works after i complained. Also i could hear loud music from the café beside until 12 am from the room. Fifth, there were ants everywhere. On the bed, on the bathroom, on table. Idk what's wrong. I wasnt eating at the bed. Sixth, there is no room service, even after the trash bin is full there is no one cleaned that up. Seventh, sometimes the receptionist is not present. Idk where are they. Last, the general atmosphere of the place is just dark and damped. I don't find it very comfortable.

Menginap dari tanggal 4 oktober sampai tgl 5 oktober, untuk resepsionisnya ramah, dan 24 jam standby untuk mnerima tamu, tapi yg saya sayangkan untuk kamarnya apakah sudah mmenuhi standart oyo?, Knpa lantai kamrnya kotor, dan kamar mandi bau, apa mngkin karna kamar yg saya pesan sangat dipojok, untuk wifi juga tidak sampai dikamar saya (segera di perbaiki, ditambah jangkauan nnya) untuk kebisingan sangat bising, entah suara dr AC atau apa, untuk colokan, mohon diperhatikan, karna sangat menganggu kenyaman, tolong disediakan 1 aja, agar tamu bisa nyaman charger hp atau lainnya,

Kelebihannya -resepsionis 24 jam -Ramah -ada satpam buat jg -dekat dg kampus uin, matos -masalh cari makan...

OYO 419 Omah Gajayana Syariah sudah pernah dan pertemuan sahabat di penginapannya tahun 2019, tepatnya Jalan Gajayana Dinoyo, kamarnya luas dan sederhana tetapi sayangnya belum ada jendela cahaya alam, kamar mandinya luas dan bersih, AC atau penyejuk ruangannya baik, siaran televisinya cukup lengkap dan ada bagian yang tidak jelas atau buram, WiFinya cukup cepat, Kebersihannya cukup, pelayanannya cukup ramah, tempat parkirnya kurang luas dan foto OYO 419 Omah Gajayana Syariah Dinoyo Kota Malang Jawa...
