NDC Spa & Resort — Hotel in Manado

At first glance, these staycation was not rise any enthusiasm. But the longer you stay, you will feel WOW. Pros: 1.Very spacious outdoor area 2.Hotel pier is awesome, providing was to sail to bunaken 3.Food is above expectation. Very delicious, and healthy in my opinion. 4.Choices of local specialty cuisine is avaiable in many options 5.Decent swimming pools 6.Have lots of swings for your children, and maybe for you too cause the construction is very sturdy and well maintain

Cons: 1.Still need better room maintenance, since dust still everywhere 2.Keys, still using real key. But it can be fascinating though 3.Multicultural hotels, lots of foreign tourists 4.Staff is very responsive, thank you... 5.Garden is well maintain

Conclusion: it will rise to four or maybe five hotel soon i guess... Love...

Here's our quick review:

It took so long just for checking in (approximately 45 min), I dont know why but this is the longest check in process we ever experienced.

We booked from OTA for a double sized bed, deluxe type room. But turns out the staff told us that the deluxe room only has the twin bed size remaining, so we chose for the classic type room (for the same price, even though it's older)

When we entered the room, it was awful, full of mosquitoes and overall not well decorated (even though it is reasonably large room).

Anyway, thats it our review from our first impression about this hotel, hopefully they get better cause they got potential location. Definitely won't come back if it's...

Dulunya tempat ini dikenal dgn nama Nusantara Diving Centre atau disingkat NDC... dgn fasilitas sekelas bungalow dgn jumlah kamar yang terbatas. Namun sejak memperoleh investor dari negeri Tiongkok dan diakuisisi PT.Conch, tempat ini bertransformasi menjadi resort sekelas bintang 5, dengan jumlah kamar hampir mencapai 100room saat ini, dgn target 500 jumlah kamar pada saat sdh rampung pembangunan.

Saat ini re-branding dgn nama Nusantara Dian Centre (NDC), dgn view pantai yang terbaik di Kota Manado dan sekitarnya. Langsung berhadapan dgn teluk Manado yang indah. Pemandangan Kota Manado terpampang sangat indah dari resort ini. Memiliki dermaga kapal utk menuju ke Bunaken.

Terdapat fasilitas kolam renang yang dpt dikunjungi diluar tamu hotel dan dining resto yang cukup berkelas.

Yang mengagumkan lainnya, terdapat fasilitas kamar type duplex yang mungkin satu-satunya di Kota Manado. Dimana kamar ini memiliki 2 lantai dgn fasilitas 2 kamar tidur dan 3 kamar mandi, terdapat mesin cuci, kulkas 2 pintu, fasilitas standart berupa coffee maker, penanak nasi, microwave, dining set, dll di dlm kamar.

Dapat digelar resepsi pernikahan dgn konsep garden party. View utk sesi foto prewedding sangat cantik dikarenakan konsep bangunan ala Kolonial.

Yang menjadi catatan/ koreksi penting utk pihak manajemen adalah kualitas SDM yang perlu di upgrade. Terutama soal keramahtamahan dan hospitality. Contohnya S.O.P standart yaitu menyapa dgn salam setiap berpapasan dgn tamu bukannya hanya mengangkat kening. Frontliner di resepsionis 'wajib' selalu tersenyum. F&B staff wajib me-refill air mineral tamu pada saat di resto dan mengangkat piring kotor pada saat tamu sdh selesai bersantap. Dan banyak lagi yang perlu dibenahi. Tentunya kuncinya hanya bisa diperoleh dgn training SDM secara berkala oleh trainer yg memang expert di bidang service perhotelan.
