Nusantara Dian Centre. PT (NDC Resort ) — Hotel in Manado

CHOOSING THIS PLACE FOR A VACATION WAS THE WORST CHOICE...I STAYED FOR 3 DAYS AND DURING THAT TIME I FELT VERY UNSATISFIED!😡I CAME HERE TO REFRESH MY MIND BUT THE OPPOSITE HAPPENED. 1.THE SERVICE WAS NOT FRIENDLY, I HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO CHECK IN AND GET INTO THE ROOM...HOW COME? 🤔BECAUSE THE CLEANING SERVICE IS ONLY ONE PERSON AND HE CLEANS TWO ROOMS AT ONCE?!?! IS THERE NO WORKER IN THIS HOTEL?🤨 2.THE CLEANLINESS IS VERY LESS -THE BALCONY AREA WAS VERY DUSTY LIKE IT WAS NEVER CLEANED. -THE BED SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN, I SAW A HOLE THAT LOOKS LIKE A CIGARETTE MARK. -THE BATHROOM IS NOT CLEAN, THE FLUSH TOILET DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, THERE IS NOT EVEN A DRAIN HOLE THAT MAKES THE WATER STAGNATE, VERY SURPRISING😤. -THE SWIMMING POOL AREA IS NOT SAFE, THE STAIRS ARE SLIPPERY AND SOME ARE EVEN BROKEN DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE, RIGHT? AND THE WORST THING IS THAT I WENT TO THE TOILET AND HAD TO SEE HUMAN FECES FLOATING IN THE 3 TOILETS NEAR THE POOL, WHICH IS REALLY DISGUSTING.🤮🤮🤮 3.THE ROOM DOORS ARE COMPLICATED BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO USE A KEY INSTEAD OF A CARD BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN THEY SAY.(BROKEN AND NOT FIXED I GUESS🙄) 4.THE BREAKFAST MENU IS NOT VERY GOOD AND NOT VARIED, EVEN SALADS AND FRIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THERE IS ONLY 1 TYPE OF CEREAL AND MILK, ONLY 2 KINDS OF FRUIT, ONLY 1 JUICE, COLD FOOD BECAUSE THERE IS NO HEATING, REFILLING FOOD TAKES A LONG TIME.😒🙄 5.THE DOCK AREA HAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF FLOATING GARBAGE.No initiative to protect the environment🥲

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR FOOD

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I needed assistance, it felt like I was being ignored or treated as a burden. Check-in was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. The food was another major letdown. The meals were bland and lacked variety. Some dishes even tasted stale, making me question the quality of their kitchen. For the price they charge, I expected much better.

FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR EXPERIENCE

I booked a room through the app, but when I arrived, the room was nothing like what was advertised. The size, amenities, and even the view were completely different. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation.

When I brought this up with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They claimed there was nothing they could do, even though I showed them my booking details.

This experience ruined my entire trip. If the hotel can't deliver what was promised, they shouldn't advertise it in the first place. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD WARN OTHERS TO...

From the moment we arrived the reception staff, the housekeepers, the staff in the restaurant gave us the feeling, that we were truly welcome there. They were really glad to have us there as their guests.|The spacy room was excellent, according to the price and has a comfortable bathroom. Also the breakfast buffet with a lovely lady cook, who was decadent to make us our omelet or fried eggs every morning.|Also the food for dinner was very tasty.|The hotel is accomodated very close to the sea. It has itself a great swimming pool for the daily training and to fresh yourself up.|Actually for me and my partner it was the first time coming to Manado. There is enough reason to come back to meet again Jonathan, Junior, Falen, Azri, Yudi, Fernando, Rini and other staff members. They were all very willing to make you a good time.|And ..... they all speak a wonderful English.|So, if you have plans for a visit to Manado, book and go strictly to NDC hotel resort and say 'hello' to all those dedicated staff workers.
