LYNN Hotel Mojokerto — Hotel in Mojokerto

I stayed for 2 days here. Early booking, a week earlier i had booked a room on the 3rd floor of the Non Smoking Room, i had paid in full and i and the hotel had agreed to "Early Check In" at 6 am, with payment later on arrival. Arriving from Jakarta at 6 am, i went straight to the Lynn hotel. How surprised i was, the room i ordered was not ready, it was still occupied by someone else, i was offered a smoking room which was still empty, of course i refused, i still asked for a Non-Smoking one, i was told to wait until 9.30, then i could early check in. So for 3.5 hours, i have to wait. I complained, because i had booked for a long time and wanted to immediately rest in a hotel room, finally the hotel offered compensation, with free early check-in. Plus the bonus of flexible check out 1 hour longer. For service, hopefully in the future it can be further improved, don't let it happen again. For breakfast at Lynn Hotel, i admit it tastes "good/delicious" with many choices of variety, snacks & drinks. The menu at the hotel restaurant is very varied with good taste and affordable prices. Clean hotel, clean rooms. For drinking in the room provided an electric kettle, 2 mugs, with water that can be taken in front of the lift, with a choice of hot, normal and cold water. There is a swimming pool for adults and children. Can order food & drinks at the pool. At Lynn Hotel, Wedding packages are also available, for example, just by ordering food, i can get many facilities as well as building rentals for weddings and permits. Sebelumnya saya tidak pernah se kecewa ini selama nginap di hotel sampai mau ngasih rating jelek, saya juga sudah pernah nginap di hotel dari yang biasa bukan hotel berbintang sekalipun walaupun ada kekurangan satu atau dua, tapi ngga masalah dan tidak se parah ini.

Tapi kali ini kecewa banget sih. Ekspektasi saya ketinggian untuk kamar hotel harga 420k tanpa sarapan.

Baru masuk kamar, langsung disambut sama lantai yang masih banyak debu dan rambut. Sprei kelihatan kurang bersih karena ada rambut dan banyak seperti serabut kain, lemari pun kotor, berdebu. Akhirnya saya komplain ke resepsionis, minta kamar dibersihkan lagi atau pindah kamar sekalian.

Akhirnya cleaning service datang, sapu-pel dan ganti sprei. Masih kurang terlalu bersih sih tapi ya sudahlah.

Gelas, sendok dan teko kotor, terutama gelas dan sendok seperti bekas dipakai, masa sebelum ngasih kamar tidak di cek dulu, kamar mandi cuma ada satu cap stock jadi susah mau gantung baju dan handuk, kaca pembatas shower dan toilet kurang lebar jadi waktu mandi airnya sampai ke luar, Wifi lemot,  channel tv sedikit, yang paling parah mau keluar parkiran gak bisa karena ada mobil melintang di depan mobil kami padahal hari itu kami juga ada acara datang ke undangan pernikahan, pihak hotel lambat menyelesaikan hal sepele gini, kebetulan di hotel ada acara pernikahan juga, saya tanya ini mobil siapa dengan tegas pihak hotel jawab mobil tamu undangan, ya kalo gitu harusnya gampang dong cari tau, sampai bolak balik komplen tidak ada pelayanan yang baik yang dikasih ke kami, sampai saya kasih saran coba liat cctv tapi ya masih juga diabaikan saran kami, seharusnya tamu dibuat se nyaman mungkin dong padahal hotel bintang 3, entah itu disuruh nunggu di dalam, kasih minum/snack, nunggu sampai 1 jaman di luar padahal cuaca panas. Dan yang parah lagi dari semua komplen yang kami sampaikan ke pihak hotel, tidak ada compliment dari pihak hotel sama sekali. Pihak hotel sih kirim whatsapp katanya dapat compliment dan akan dikirim voucher besok, tapi sudah lewat seminggu tidak ada sama sekali compliment dari yang dijanjikan hotel kami terima, sebenarnya tidak berharap toh gak bakalan dipake juga karena posisi yang di luar kota, cuma mau tau aja keseriusan pihak hotel untuk bertanggung jawab, tapi ternyata memang tidak ada. Jelek sih manajemennya.

Kecewa sih, perjalanan jauh ke mojokerto berharap sampai kamar bisa langsung rebahan malah masih nunggu kamar dibersihkan, komplen ini komplen itu, berharapnya sih pas waktu komplen gitu langsung dialihkan ke kamar lain biar langsung istirahat, tapi malah gini. Masih lebih bagus, lebih bersih hotel yang gak ada bintangnya...

We spent the night here in transit by car. So the room we got, standard, was smallish, the mattress not really to my liking, and since I am tall, the bed was on the short side. Drinking water was available on a central point outside the room. Anyway, noise wise, there was a loudspeaker almost level outside the hotel nearby, and also the noise of the neighbouring room was a bit too clear for my liking. The shower window can be seen from the bed, not so good for privacy. Anyway, mojokerto is a heavily industrialized area of East Java and especially in the morning the smog is disturbing.
