I had a pleasant stay at Palopo Beach Hotel, located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of the city. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, away from the busy urban atmosphere.

One of the highlights of my experience was the excellent service. The staff were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. Their hospitality left a lasting impression and added great value to my visit.

However, I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of facilities. The shower system could be upgraded for better water flow, the TV lacked available channels, and the washbasin (sink) functionality could be enhanced. Additionally, room cleanliness should be maintained more consistently to meet high-quality standards.

Pengalaman yang sangat sangat tidak menyenangkan. Sudah book hotel untuk 1 Desember 2024 sejak jumat (29 Nov 2024) via WA dan bayar lunas, sesampai di hotel hari minggu, ternyata kamar full. Kami menunggu sekitar 2 jam untuk minta pertanggungjawaban, malah kami yang disuruh cari hotel lain, tanpa ada maaf sekalipun (resepsionis atas nama Arjuna MC). Komunikasi dari resepsionis sangat jelek, saat ditanya siapa petugas yang menerima bookingan kami, dia tidak tahu dan tidak mau mencari tahu. Manager hotelnya sy telfon sebanyak 6x, tetapi nomor tidak aktif.

Saran buat teman2 yg mau nginap di hotel ini, tidak usah booking lewat WA, karena walaupun bookingan kami tercatat, mereka tetap menerima tamu lain. Selain mereka tidak menyediakan kamar bagi org yg sudah booking, tidak ada pertanggungjawaban yg nyata dari mereka. Saya minta pengembalian uang via transfer krn saya sudah malas menginjakkan kaki di hotel itu, saya tidak langsung dikembalikan via transfer, sy harus datang ke tempat itu untuk ambil uang dalam bentuk cash.
