Odessa villas are wonderful green oasis secluded from hustle and bustle of a city. If you love nature this is your place. They have cats, dog, I saw a small snake, various lizards and big gekos which make strong mating sounds at night :) Its a bit of jungle here but stay is super comfortable. The beds are amazing,there is good wifi, Tv where you can log in to your netflix account, there is minibar in the room,safe, hairdryer, bottle opener is there as well:) our room also had terasse where we could eat breakfast every morning and watch sunset in the evening, pool is beautiful 160 cm deep and great for photos ...the bathroom is a bit unpractical but its not a first time I showered in such bathroom and i didn t really care. Also you need to realize that the rooms under the roof are more beautiful and spacious but because AC is not powerful enough it wont make the room really cold like in a low ceiling rooms. There is also a standard wooden fan on a ceiling thankfully...staff are friendly and helpful and room was refreshed every day during our stay...all in all we really had a great time here and it was an excellent value for the money...thank...

One guy in particular was very angry and aggressive when he thought the guests weren’t looking or paying attention, and then when we would walk by he’d throw on a fake smile, and then continue with his aggressive conversation and body language after we walked away. He seemed to always be complaining about something.
The food made us so sick and it’s been over 8 days that we’ve been sick from it and it has ruined our entire Indonesian stay, so NEVER EAT THE FOOD HERE, I beg you. 😭😢
The other staff were all very kind and hospitable until we made a complaint about the obnoxious Caucasian guests who didn’t care about being noisy in a Villa they didn’t rent out entirely to themselves. You guys need to learn more about the world before you make judgements, as my complaints were very understandable and valid. I would hate to consider these people as dumb as the Vietnamese.

Read moresaya bingung sih ini,, bingung mau kecewa sm hotel/sm tiket.com nya kebetulan saya sdh book 1 kamar dgn type yg bagus dari bulan AGUSTUS 2024 utk sy tempati di tgl 27 DESEMBER 2024, flight saya mendarat di bali sekitar pk 14.00,, dari bandara ke odessa sendiri butuh waktu 1 jam lebih berharap sampai di hotel bisa istirahat, mandi, dll spy malamnya bisa beraktivitas .. nyatanya? zonk semua 🙂 sekitar pk 16.00 WITA (kurleb) sy mau check in, ditanya lah an siapa, saya menjawab an blablabla, lalu pelayan resepsionis lgsg menembak "tidak ada an itu" ya saya bingung dong, di tiket.com sdh tertera dan acc saya nginep disini, kok bisa disini tida ada atas nama saya .. singkat crta sy tunjukkan bukti bhw saya sdh pesan dari jauh" hari .. pegawai resepsionis MELIHAT bhw sy mmg bnr memesan kamar tsb .. pegawai yg pertama melayani sy jg kurang enk diajak ngobrol,, lalu saya trs meminta bagaimana pertanggung jawaban mrk pk 5 kurang, bergantilah pegawai resepsionis (untung yg ini enk diajak nmng) akhirnya stelah ber jam" sy menunggu, saya meminta utk berbicara lgsg dgn managernya saya telpon dan sy menanyakan bagaimana kelanjutan ini dan dgn gampangnya mrk menawarkan "tgl 27-tgl 31 kakak di tempat kita yg disana ya, nanti tgl 1-2 br kesini lg" LOH KOK MALAH DISURU BOLAK BALIK?????? jujur sy menolak, krn sy sndiri tdk tau, apakah tempat yg ditawarkan kpd sy lebih baik/tdk, stelah sy berfikir, akhirnya sy meminta semua uang yg sdh sy keluarkan utk hotel ini di refund,, lalu mrk meminta sy utk menunggu kurleb 5 mnt utk menelfon kembali guna memberi kepastian .. sy tunggu sambil mencari penginapan lainnya .. lalu pihak manajemen kembali menelfon sy dan mengatakan bahwa nanti sy akan di telfon pihak tiket.com dan pengajuan sy di acc 100%
oiya,, knapa kok pesanan sy tidak ada di daftar check in di tgl 27 itu, kata pihak manajemen dan cs yg sy telpon sih "kurang channel dri pihak atasan ke tiket.com ini kak" & smpe skrg pun sy ga ngerti mksd nya gmn 🙂 dan herannya,, sy sempat bertanya apakah kejadian ini hanya terjadi kali ini saja? jawabannya "OH INI UDA YG KE 3X KAK" loh kl uda tau yg ke3,, harusnya ya di periksa toh ya 😭 tp yaudalah ..
intinya, thankyou odessa utk pengalamannya trimakasih dan maaf jg kalau sy sempat tersulut emosi krn ya mmg mrk tdk memberi sy jawaban sesuai dgn pertanyaan yg sy tanyakan .. but thankyou atas kerjasamanya smpai tiket.com benar' memberi refund 100% kpd sy
