PinHead Bali — Restaurant in Bali

So yesterday I finally checked out Pinhead. Food? 10/10 would eat again 🍤🔥 Portion pas, taste on point, and I was living my best seafood life. There were a few flies, but honestly… nature is nature, not mad at the staff for that.

Now… service? Let’s just say there’s room for glow-up 🫣 First impression = everything I was looking at the menu, asked something I didn’t understand, and the waitress answered sambil ketawa. Like… girl, I’m not telling a joke 😅 Maybe she meant to be friendly, but from a guest’s POV it felt a bit like “kok ngetawain sih?”. Warm smile good, “hehe” tone… not it. Magic words, babes Asked if I could move tables, the answer was just “belum selesai prepare”. Technically correct, but so dry 🫠 It would sound soooo much better if it was: “Sorry kak, table’s not ready yet, maybe in 5 mins it will be — mau tunggu sebentar?” A lil “sorry” or “thank you” goes a long way, trust me. Consistency, please Some staff were angels — smiling, greeting, giving that “welcome to my restaurant” vibe ✨ But others… felt like they clocked in physically, not mentally. Service standards need to be same-same so all guests get the same energy. Menu mystery 👀 I got 1 page menu (juice & grill package) while next table got a full-on booklet. Is there a secret level I haven’t unlocked yet? 🤨 Not mad, just… would love an explanation. (Or should I just assume I look broke? 😂 kidding… maybe.)

Overall, loved the food, had fun, but service could use a lil sparkle ✨ Give it a tiny upgrade and this place could be that spot everyone wants to...

We had an unforgettable experience at Pinhead Bali! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Gianyar city with plenty of parking space. The food was absolutely delicious, easily a 9/10 – every dish was packed with flavor. The ambiance is peaceful and clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Huge thanks to Megan, Atik, Ari, and Edy and all the staff for going above and beyond to make our dinner and birthday celebration so special. Your warmth, attentiveness, and kindness truly made the evening memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone...

Me & hubby love it here!! We also live in Gianyar, and for us this place is the closest for us to have seafood instead driving for hours to Kedonganan area :D, it tastes just as good as Jimbaran & Kedonganan seafood! It has lots of promos where we can add more sambal or rice for free🤪, but the point is the seafood sauce tastes so good! Plus we like how tidy and clean the place is! And don't forget that all staff are so so friendly, guess they're trained well here.. keep up the good work, guys ..you guys managed the place and staff...
