We have arrived back to reality yesterday after such a getaway for the week!!! What an amazing week we have all had.||Honestly I think you and the staff are all sent from Heaven! We cannot thank you enough for making our stay as good as it was!!!||You have the most beautiful setting and grounds to wander about and enjoy, its so clean and beautiful. Your staff are just the best, so humble, kind and caring with beautiful smiles. Iluh, Janet, Nyoman, Dewa, Wyan and every other staff made our trip! ||Boling is the absolute best driver, so cautious, organises a ripper itinerary and trip and is so humble and thoughtful - he is the best!. Thank you to the hard working spa and massage ladies! We certainly made good use of day trips, scooter hire, snorkeling off the beach, cooking school was organised as we needed.||The meals, drinks, cocktails and view from the dining tables makes the day. Poinciana is an absolute paradise on Earth! 🌴✨ My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks at Poinciana and loved it. From the beautiful rooms and stunning views to the delicious food – everything was absolutely perfect.

Not only is it a beautiful tranquil place with an incredible atmosphere, but what truly makes it special is the amazing team that takes care of you. I have never experienced such warm, kind, and attentive staff – every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and everything is done with so much love that you instantly feel at home.

The resort is beautifully landscaped and tranquil, with villas, pools, a restaurant, and a ‘zen lounge’ nestled among lush greenery. Winding paths connect well-tended lawns, trees, and flowers, leading to the beach—perfect for swimming or snorkelling over the vibrant coral reef.

The food was incredible, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, with an extensive menu, including Western dishes.

Staying at The Lovina Bali which I thought was paradise, we arrived at the Poinciana well another paradise. Welcoming staff showed us to our villa right on the beach surrounded by beautiful kept gardens. The villa which was part of the family villa as it connects with 2 bedrooms both with ensuite. Our villa had a kitchen and lounge area separate bedroom and ensuite. A lovely wrap around patio veranda with table and lounge bed. You get both magnificent sunrise and sunset here. Breakfast lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant or outside overlooking the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was so comfortable. Please note no TV but who needs it when you are surrounded by beautiful scenery. Massages in spa were brilliant recommend the herbal one and the body scrub. Food is freshly cooked with local produce. It may seem far away from airport but worth the trip snorkelling and diving is excellent no surf just gentle waves....
