Mars Resort Sabang — Hotel in Sabang

The worst hotel experience I've had so far. ||||1. Checked into the room and was less than pleased to find someone's business left unflushed in the toilet. How the management missed this, is beyond me and is purely unacceptable. ||2. The hot water supply wasn't working on the day we had checked in.||3. We were provided one of the newer rooms and basic amenities were not equipped e.g mirror. ||4. My sister in law had booked a supposedly 'sea view room' but we received nothing of the sort. When a complaint was made, the staff was inadequately trained in their responses and simply moved us to a room upstairs which did not compensate for the room rates paid. ||5. We shortened our stay to one night instead of two, and called the manager to ask for a refund on the second night, he reassured us that this was possible but did not relay this to the staff. When the refund was due, the staff gave all kinds of excuses stating that they were not informed by the manager etc. Called the manager again, in which he deliberately ignored the calls. Until this day we still waiting for the refund!||||Please consider twice before...

The worst experience ever that I had in my this Indonesia trip. I come here for diving and this is the day 11, I at Mars Resort. I did only 5 diving. Please look the conversation at the picture how he reply me in personal.|I want to check out 19 Aug but my diving equipment been lock in Mars resort dive center as the owner go out and bring out the key. This is he doing this for 2nd time and 4 day total for it.|I come here for enjoy my diving trip and I am instructor from PADI. My genuine advice is don't ever come here.|The dive environment is fine but the things are owner only want earn your room rental fee and don't want bring you to diving. He don't have the intention to get other dive pro to lead me. It seems he is arrogant about his diving level. I am paying for the meal and this resort just serve me instant noodle and fried rice almost every day. I paying 750000/day for this kind of service. | I did raise a complaint to Padi regarding this as I don't think he is qualify to lead people to diving.|The condition of his room is bad and you can see the mold is grow at...
