Highly recommended! I booked a Family Room to attend an event in the city & another booking was made before going back home. The first room that we got is spacious, smells nice, clean, complete amenities (Room 309) but the second room (Room 303) is a bit lesser since the toilet door was a bit stuck to the floor, the main door can't be closed unless it is locked & the bed sheets was probably unchanged because we found a fake eyelash on one of the bed. The hotel provides hot water at the main lobby (water dispenser). Enough parking lots were provided and there are guards around 24-hrs so you don't need to worry about safety! All the staffs are very kind! Especially the ones at the reception, they are ready to help the guests with their requests & even fast-responded through WhatsApp! The location of the hotel is close to the city (walkable distance) and there are a lot of places to eat (mix of halal & non-halal choices). Even the hotel itself provides simple menu & sells snacks at the lobby. The room price rates are affordable too but different prices will be given for peak season which is in my opinion are still affordable. Saya kemaren mendapatkan pengalaman yg kurang sedap nginap disini, yg mana anak saya makan pop mie dikamar, kuahnya tumpah sedikit dan jadi noda di sprei, dan kami disuruh mengganti sprei itu, padahal nodanya sedikit sekali dan bukan kerusakan permanen, cukup dicuci pasti kembali kondisi asal. Keputusan dari resepsionis yg pria mendapatkan laporan yg cek kamar dari petugas yg wanita pada saat kami mau cekout, tanpa dilihat dulu kondisi nodanya seperti apa diputuskan kami harus mengganti Rp.50.000, -. Dan saya bilang potong saja dari dana deposit pada saat cek in. Pada saat itu cek in tgl 5-4-2025 dengan harga kamar di lantai Rp. 400.000,- + deposit Rp. 50.000,- dijumlahkan jadi Rp. 450.000,- dengan kesepakatan spreinya buat saya, setelah itu sepreinya saya bawa dan saya buang ditempat sampah diujung jalan keluar depan klenteng atau wihara... Kepada pihak pengelola hotel sebaiknya lebih selektif dalam mrerekrut...
