Pertama-tama mereka meminta uang jaminan saat check-in. Untuk apa, saya pikir. Dari jam 4.30 pagi, ada seekor ayam jantan berkokok dengan keras di sebelah hotel. - Sarapan di taruh di kotak nasi goreng dengan kopi instan di kamar. Kalau sarapan seperti itu lebih baik tanpa sarapan - Air di salah satu kamar kami mati. Kami harus meminta resepsionis untuk menyalakannya. - Ada terpajang yang katanya ranking yang katanya dari booking.com 8,5 ditahun 2024 di ruang resepsionis, tapi di booking.com saat ini 6,6 (silahkan lihat di Booking.com) Untuk kondisi saat ini masih terlalu tinggi menurut saya, karena kondisi hotel kotor, ribut, dan tidak ramah staffs-nya. Ini bukan hotel, lebih mirip tempat kos. Mereka seharusnya tidak memberikan bintang 2 untuk hotel ini, Penampakannya HANYA tempat tidur, kamar mandi dan kamar yang tidak bersih dan sarapan (hanya sarapan sangatlah sederhana) atau bisa disebut losmen tidak bersih dengan harga mahal. Good stay and comfortable bed for one night when I passed Balige to go to Silangit Airport from Parapat. Thick mattress, free water bottles, hot shower, and friendly staff. But the water pump sometimes had low pressure, you just inform the staff and they will take care of it. Hotel also have Grab driver to send you to Silangit Airport and sightseeing surrounding area.
