If it was possible to give zéro star i give zero star. Pass your way and don't give your money to this bad owner because they are not honest. The first night i paied 100k and for a second night they saied we don't have a room for you because we are full but if you pay 250k it's okay??!!! Normally you have a room or not it's not depends of the price!!! Ok now about the room, The room was dirty it smelled humidity and garbage inside. The bed was very dirty and there is lots of stain on the sheet. The shower doesn't work they open another room were i can take my shower but it work only 1minute!! For finish i think this owner is just a thief!! It's better to go in another small guesthouse or a homestay!! There is a beautiful homestay with a good room and beautiful people in this city the name is vulkaan homestay, i recommanded this place because it's really better for only 50k more than this...

A couple of minutes away from berastagi centre. Easily found on map. Checked in late at 10pm after braving a 5hr traffic from medan and was glad the host was waiting.| |The place is definitely not disappointing. A classic ambience with a taste of cottage, you'd feel at home most of the time. Slightly away from the traffic, you'll be greeted with bird chirps and uphill beauty. Morning walk is great to meet the locals and see their daily about. There's a gracious little church just opposite if you'd like to visit. If you dont have personal transport, you can easily get ride on a bus parked in front of serdika. The friendly host will be happy to offer you any local advice and suggestions.||Breakfast and coffee is average though. Room wise, the small toilet with unstable hot shower might be a little turn off but still the ideal stay to return to if we ever going to...

The owners are lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. The food was good but there is no menu - it would be wise for them to make one so you know what you can order and also to know how much things are so it isn't a surprise on the receipt at the end. Rooms vary from original to more modern in the extension. Don't sleep in the attic room as it sounds like the roof is going to fly off and you won't get any sleep. Check the rooms first as some of them had leaking taps in the bathrooms which meant the floor was always wet. You also have to ask for towels and toilet paper - yes it is provided but for some reason just not in the rooms when you get there like you would expect.
