RedDoorz @ Hotel Surabaya Sumenep — Hotel in Sumenep

When I arrived, I already booked 5 rooms for 2 night but on application it was written that we had to be canceled from the hotel even though we arrived and could check-in within 24 hours. The hotel said there was only two rooms for that night and NO REFUND until H+2 days after we left the hotel. The room was dirty, the AC was not cold, the bed sheets were dirty and full of spots, the room smelled of cigarettes, there were cigarette butts, the bathroom was full of cockroaches. I had to sleep at my friend's room with AC was not cold and the bathroom is lacking of cleanliness. Thank God, at the morning, I was able to ask to change rooms with cold AC but I needed to complain about changing the bed sheets, spraying them so they wouldn't smoke, and sweeping/mopping them but the cleanliness of the bathroom was still lacking. Toilet couldn't flush (not even with mandi scoop), some lights in the room couldn't be turned off, no toilet seat, door couldn't lock from inside, AC remote wasn't left in the room so to adjust the AC you have to go to front desk, lots of stains on bedding making it look very unclean.
