After finishing a training session in Jiyan hotel in Duhok, me and a colleague decided to spend sometime swimming in the outside pool, normally we put our stuffs on the table, surprisingly, when we came out we noticed that the guy who was washing the floor has watered our phones, power bank, towels and clothes, ||he said i did not realize what was on the table !!!! ||we had to go inside the hotel carrying our wet devices and clothes where the responsible staff did not give a damn about the issue saying he did not do it on purpose, but if you want we can fire him,||OMG, my phone is off know, friend's phone and power bank are working so far, but i really felt insulted with Jiyan hotel staff carelessness, i would never recommend it to any one and i will ask form logistic team to stop dealing with...

I had to stay in this hotel because it was paid for by a conference. I hated it. First, they don't speak much english, and a simple task becomes a mountain. I had to spend a whole hour changing my bedding. Second, it happened to a female delegate of the conference, they have cameras in the hallways and will check who enters in whose room, and will come knocking at the door if a male/female enters the room of the opposite sex: portal police has nothing better to do, like care for the customers and give good service...
