High ambitions, very faltering execution
Rated 4.8/5 — Honestly, it’s mind-boggling. I partly chose this hotel because of the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a sheer disappointment. A rating of 4.8/5 naturally sets a certain level of expectation — and this hotel simply did not come close to meeting it.
Room 511 At first glance, Bristoria appears promising, with the hardware in place to deliver a high-class experience. Unfortunately, the execution however messes up totally. An example: not many hotels even provide a bathroom scale, but here, they do. The only problem, it doesn’t work.
This theme unfortunately repeats itself:
The safe in the room was not operational. The telephone didn’t work either. Both issues were pointed out to reception at check-in but were never taken care of during our stay.
We had a reservation for three persons and had specifically requested three single beds. This arrangement was confirmed in writing, with an agreed extra charge of 50 USD (please see the attached photo for proof). However, upon arrival, the hotel staff had no knowledge of this request.
According to the gentleman at the desk, the hotel does not even have rooms with three beds — quite puzzling for a property of this size.
Our request could easily have been handled by placing an extra bed in a twin room, but even that basic flexibility seemed to be lacking.
Breakfast: Very good overall — fresh and well-presented. However, not even napkins or tissues were provided, which felt like a basic but important oversight.
The extra bed: Frankly, it was closer to a torture bench than a bed — extremely uncomfortable and not acceptable for any adult guest.
Bathroom amenities: Two bottles of shampoo were provided, but no soap — surprising for a hotel aspiring to have a good repute. See, what a bizarre blunder. Pls see the photo.
Similarly, in the gym, there was no soap or body wash available in the changing room bathrooms.
Housekeeping: The cleaning staff seem to manage the basics but miss the fine details that truly separate a good hotel from a great one.
I can in fact continue. My reviews are NEVER meant to criticize harshly but to offer sincere feedback. Bristoria has potential, but it needs better systems, attention to detail, and follow-through to match its ambitions. Right now, it feels like a promise...

Negative Aspects:
1- The AC control system is problematic, as turning it off often results in it spontaneously restarting. Additionally, adjustments to temperature or fan speed are prone to resetting to default settings on their own..

3- The window offers a view of the roofs of nearby houses, accompanied by a noticeable level of noise.
4- If you open the window, you will be greeted with the loud noise of the generator and may catch a whiff of the exhaust fumes.
5- the internet is not stable.
6- The location is distant from the city's main attractions.
7- You will need to undergo scanner and security checks every time you wish to enter

9- You can hear your neighbors' voices, and being under the restaurant, I often hear the sound of furniture being moved, which can be quite annoying.
