Family Motel Erbil — Hotel in Erbil Central Subdistrict

This place should not be considered a motel or hotel at all! They’re the worst place I’ve ever stayed in through my whole life. I came to visit from Canada, Baghdad hotels are better than this.

Their service is trash, they didn’t clean the room before we stayed in it, they didn’t put toilet paper or napkins in the room, they put 2 towels for a room that has 6 beds. When I asked for more towels they said if we give enough towels we wouldn’t have any left and they said they didn’t have enough towels for all rooms. They were so rude even though I was so polite when I asked them. The rooms are so old and dirty and not renovated. I don’t recommend this place to anyone especially that their prices are not that cheap. Don’t be tricked and fooled and stay here. They also don’t clean the rooms unless you insist and they don’t clean it well.
