וייאצ'סלב שניידר - Colony Beach Bat Yam Apartments — Hotel in Bat Yam

My mother and I stay at the Colony Beach Hotel every time we visit Israel. We were there April 2008 , 2010 and 2012. The hotel is located on the sands of the Mediterranean Beach. It is also at the begging of Bat yam which is 3.5 miles south of the Old City of Jaffa in Tel Aviv. On the first floor of the hotel is a synagogue for those who are religious. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. There is free parking in the hotel, a security front desk and a small food market in the hotel too. Fresh baked bread and rolls every morning. Great view, clean pool and spa, and an entry to the beach which is always empty. The apartment we stay at, is a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. A small kitchenette, a living room with a folding couch. Balcony, air-conditioning, TV and a great balcony. we pay anywhere from $100 to $135 per night depending on the season and the apartment. Great place to make as a base location if visiting Israel and doing it...

Nous avons réservé un appartement par l’intermédiaire d’un propriétaire un certain Monsieur Ron Un gros malhonnête qui ne pense qu’à l’argentNe louez jamais par son intermédiaire car la réception de l’hôtel nous renvoyait sans arrêt vers lui Car il gère lui même ses appartements Il nous a facturé 70 € de plus que le prix prévu sans aucune explicationL’emplacement est très bien la vue sur mer moyenne car il y a un immeuble en construction juste à proximitéMais le pire c’est la literie le lit grince au moindre petit mouvement Impossible de dormir les draps sont en polyester La propreté est douteuse et il y a une protection en plastique sur le matelas affreuxLes serviettes de toilettes sont bleu marine Pareil propreté douteuseEn cours de séjour les toilettes ont été bouchés il a refusé d’intervenir sous prétexte qu’il estimait que nous les avions nous-mêmes bouchés Nous sommes donc restés 48 heures jusqu’à notre départ avec des toilettes bouchées vous imaginez c’était l’horreur Obligés de descendre au niveau -3 pour utiliser les toilettes de la piscineDonc très mauvais séjour à cause de ce...

Personality I think the best days are over for the colony beach...the place looks neglected. Great location, no doubt and prices are fine, but it doesn't give me the "wow" feeling at all, the shop owner smokes inside his shop, found the sauna many time closed while it should have been open....two cats seem to own the hall and the sofa's...place for divorced and...
