We have stayed at this hotel twice. It's just a room, without breakfast, but it is clean and comfortable and everything looks brand new. There is a small lobby with a sitting area and free coffee. The rooms are small, but nice - and the shower is amazing! There are only a handful of rooms and it's very quiet. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the "tayelet" (the walkway by the sea), which was fine for us, as we like to walk.
